NOTES: "Mouse Over Matter" was created for a "Year of the Ox" themed group show hosted by Giant Robot.
According to Chinese folklore, the animals that were to become the fabled characters of the chinese astrological calander were in a race with each other. During this race, the clever little rat decided to hitch a ride on the large and athletic ox, but just before the ox could take first place, the rat leaped forward, and won the race. This is why the year of the rat comes just before the year of the ox.
